I’m a neurodivergence coach, consultant and lived‑experience educator. I help neurodivergent people and the people who want to understand or support them make sense of the real, everyday experience of being neurodivergent. Not the clinical labels, but the patterns, needs and pressures that show up in real life.
My work is grounded in something simple:
Neurodivergent brains make sense once someone helps you see the patterns.
Hi, I’m char yeo
Why I Do what i do:
For years, I moved through the world feeling “too much,” “too sensitive,” “too slow,” or “too inconsistent.” I learned to hide it so well that even I couldn’t tell where the performance ended and I began.
I was never broken - I just didn’t have the support, language or clarity to understand what was actually happening in my brain.
Everything changed when I started paying attention to the patterns in my own life: what overwhelmed me, what helped, what drained me and what made things easier. For the first time, I could see what was going on underneath my reactions. I could understand myself without shame and finally build a life that fit me.
Now I help other neurodivergent people do the same. Through ND‑OS™, I offer a clear, shame‑free way to understand how your brain works and what you need in the moment.
And through the ND‑OS™ Institute, I help make this approach accessible to everyone - individuals, families, and organisations - so neurodivergent people can be understood without having to mask, explain or justify themselves.
How I work
My approach blends:
real lived experience
emotional awareness
noticing patterns in what’s happening
understanding sensory needs and day‑to‑day challenges
small steps that are easy to keep up with
communication that feels safe and straightforward
support with no shame and no judgement
Whether we’re working 1:1, in a workshop or inside an organisation, my focus stays the same:
To help you understand your real brain, feel less overwhelmed and build ways of doing things that feel possible, not punishing.
what I Believe
You don’t need fixing.
You don’t need to “try harder.”
You don’t need to become someone else.
You don’t need to earn rest or support.
You need clarity, language and ways of doing things that work with your real brain, not the one you’ve been told you “should” have.
My work is safe, shame‑free and grounded in real lived experience. I don’t teach from theory. I teach from the patterns I’ve seen in myself and in neurodivergent people I’ve supported.
ND‑OS™ is the approach that brings those patterns into focus. It gives you a clear way to understand what’s happening in your brain, what you need in the moment and how to build a life that actually fits you.
The ND‑OS™ Institute exists to make this way of understanding accessible to everyone, individuals, families and organisations, so neurodivergent people can be supported without pressure, confusion or shame.
