My ADHD diagnosis didn’t create the system, but it clarified it. It gave me the language to finish what I’d already started.
ND‑OS™ gives neurodivergent experience the structure and language it has always lacked.
I’m beginning to share the framework publicly through resources and workshops.
This is the start of making the system accessible.

It’s built from lived experience, systems design and the patterns I’ve been mapping for years.

It’s a framework.
